Close walk from the Munich central station, and not far to walk to the old town. Rooms are quite small but more than adequate. All the facilities you need - including a coffee machine in the lobby where you can help yourself to coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc. TVs werent working during pur stay unfortunately (technical issue across the hotel) and the building site was a little noisy during week days. Otherwise was a good stay.

Rooms were very large. Kitchen was serviceable. Would be nice if they had confimdnts like oil and salt available. Large fridge and dishwasher were nice. Free latte machine on ground floor for hotel guests. Only issue was shower water pressure very low. Showerhead appeared to be getting old and had some cracks. Also, room was quite dim, they should consider brighter lights.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. We came for Oktoberfest, and it was right beside the grounds. I would say it is overpriced for the actual hotel itself, you are paying for the location more than anything. Getting housekeeping was also a mission, even after asking our room wasn’t cleaned. And to get new towels, we had to go to the front desk ourselves- again, not a big deal- but if you are paying $700+ a night, you expect some of these things to be done

Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was spotless and well laid out. Location is central to hauptbahnhof and ease of getting around, as immediate neighborhood is not where most would spend their day time - though it has some great late night doner options.

Room was a decent size and staff were friendly enough. Acknowledging it was Oktoberfest, pricing was still VERY high; too high; especially considering the rooms are not serviced each day. The two single beds pushed together as a double aren’t too comfortable unfortunately and slide apart easily when you roll into the middle - would recommend they invest in some comfortable beds to have guests return! Otherwise tidy and central enough.

Check in was friendly and efficient but only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. It did get fixed the next day. The thermostat in our room was not working, they sent some to check who confirmed it was not. They found another room for us so we had to repack and move our things. The hotel is a bit older and it shows in the walls but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom looks newly renovated and modern. There is a major building renovation directly across the street so it’s noisy during the day. It’s about a 20 walk to old town. The only major plus is that it’s a 5 min walk to the Munich Central Station - trains, rail, and underground. Breakfast which is an extra charge is ok, with hot and cold options and good variety. Quality is just ok. I expected a bit more from this hotel and would probably stay elsewhere if I return to Munich.

We were looking for an apart hotel for dining in, but they made us sign a €750 waiver in case we trigger fire alarm. Reviews say the alarm is too sensitive. We decided not to take the risk and dined out

My stay was great and the room was excellent. My only advice would be to give guests written directions on how to use the microwave, dishwasher and stove top when guests check in. The air conditioning was great and the people at the front desk were also excellent. Also lower the price of your breakfast. $24 is outrageously overpriced.

The space was comfortable but small. The only space for our big suitcase was on the floor in front of the door. We had to close the door and use the slider through the common area to get to the bathroom. This made it a bit more difficult for our adult kid who was in the common area. The floor under the sleeper couch in the common room was dusty which triggered allergies. There was a bag of trash in one of the kitchen cabinets left from someone else. I put it out to be collected. Otherwise the space was clean.

Room was clean and well appointed. Kitchenette was well equipped. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The location was good as only about 5 minutes walk from the main station with direct S-Bahn to and from the airport.
