People with mental problems in the room, but no options change the room (all room occupied). My bed- usb port and light out of service. All rooms without curtains at all. Mix room male/female.

The people you meet are wonderful, but the staff..

I spend 2 out of my 7 nights there. The reception is almost always overcrowded and I waited for 40 minutes to be able to check in. This was due to people also cutting the line with huge tasks that should have waited as well. So after I was standing there with heavy luggage all that time, the lady finally turned her attention towards me, after everyone else has been dealt with already (I was not the last one in line). So turns out if you show up a few days late they cancel your booking, even though you paid for it. This was stated nowhere and if I would have known I wouldn't have waited for checkin. So they assigned me a new bed and told me nothing else. Needless to say, I really felt the warm welcome. So once I arrived in my room I made my bed and everything was great. So I headed to Vienna for 1 day. Coming back my card didn't work anymore and my bed was reassigned. The security was nice enough to guide me to get a new one. All in all, meh. The people I met in my room were wonderful and incredibly kind, but the service, just awful. Shoutout to the security though, you guys are doing a great job

The hostel is perfect if you’re landing in Munich and need a quick accommodation and it’s a quick train ride away from Marienplatz the heart of Munich full of nice outdoor markets and Christmas market during nov-Dec

Not exactly what you see.

My experience wasnt all pleasant.,its not what you see in pictures, also they had a lot of teenagers screaming and running around hallways late at night. Also had to kill a coockarouch. Overall was ok for the price. Location not close to downtown. Parking was is tight, but sufficient. Front desk was nice , but room cleaner open up our door way before check out and didnt knock before coming in.

We had to make our own beds up - on the bunk beds. There was very little air circulation and it was hot. We had to pay a deposit to get a fan for the room. But the staff was kind, friendly and helpful.

More like a prostitution place the a motel or a hostel. No parking, no air conditioning, infestation of insects. Great cold water though! Not a good place for family.
