This hotel was good, location was very convenient and it is well maintained. However we were disappointed to find we had to pay more to use the small kitchen facilities and we also would control the temperature settings. The Australian girl Jo working on the front desk at Kings Hotel across the road was very helpful and kind when sorting out out kitchen issues. Over all a good hotel just strange with its kitchen locked away.

I booked a superior room for 6 nights w/ kitchenette for addional 20 euro per night. It has a 2 burner induction stove w/a sink smaller than a pot. There is poor lighting when you cook because the door of the kitchenette blocks the light frm the bedroom light. So you need a flashlight as you cook. The mini fridge can only fit 2 cartons of milk. They provide cooking utensils, plates, dishwashing soap. I was able to use the laundry in the basement for 3.50 euro. But the dryer was not working so we hang our laundry in the room. Staff was responsive when I asked help on how to use the stove. Apart from the location, amenities are just ok. The hotel ad in expedia is misleading coz it indicates room includes kitchenette. Instead they should put "kitchenette accessible for additional fee".

There were a few things not working (the thermostat, the shower, the dryer). The room was smaller than we’d expected and there was no place to put suitcases or unpack. The mattress was hard. And we didn’t really love the area. It was fine but we would stay someplace else next time.

I selected a family room with 2 queen sized beds and it was great. So often traveling with 2 adults and 1 teen ager is challenging with space. Location was also great. Only a 5 minute walk from the central train station enabling easy access to anything in Munich. Internet was also fast and speedy, but had a problem with VPN connectivity back to the office. It just wouldn't work, but tethering to my travel sim worked fine. Not sure what the issue was, but the hotel was unable to help resolve. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Was a little odd walking into a place with no staff, but lower cost means lower rates. Despite the absence of staff, the hotel functioned very well. Clean and comfortable. The half blanket situation was weird, but I managed.

We had a great stay here. Check in was easy. This hotel was in a central location. The room was large & very clean. When I had problem with figuring out how to work the washer/dryer the lady who ran the housekeeping was so helpful.

Nice and clean room next to the station. It's a self check in hotel so not much interaction with staff. Breakfast is possible in the partner hotel across the street which was good. They give an option to skip daily cleaning with a 10 euro voucher usable in the partner hotel which was a nice touch. The bathroom fittings could be better. The shampoo/soap bottles were old and hard to press. The rain shower had little pressure. But overall a good stay.

Close walk to all you want to see!

Super Clean quiet, great location close to the train station. I could walk to old town easily and safely. This is a self check in hotel so there’s no one to ask questions. But it was a great value and all I needed.
