The directions to the hotel are poor, including on their own website, the signage at the airport is also significnatly lacking. There are two different entrances to the hotel, and it was not at all clear which one you needed to go to. The front desk staff were also very slow to check us in, taking over 30 minutes. They also tried to only give us 3 rooms when we had booked 4. I had booked the rooms for myself and 3 work colleagues, and they kept on trying to split us up and take me to my room when they finished checking everyone in, which would have been a disater had I gone up to my room before they finished checking everyone in, as they would have then tried to force two colleague to share a room rather than each get their own room as we had booked. The breakfast was underwhelming, with the bread for the toast quite stale, and the mini crossiants also seemed to have been out for quite a few days. The room itself was alright, but didn't have any windows. The fridge wasn't working either.

Room was clean but a bit cramped. No desk space to work Minimalistic. Good as a quick transit stop. Room and bathroom fittings were modern. Wish there was more space. Restaurant was expensive with minimum choice.

Excellent stay for a transit hotel. Check-in was smooth, though the rooms are small. Breakfast was great and had a great spread with attentive staff. Overall great stay.

It's not possible to access the hotel unless you arrive in the T2 terminal. If you arrive in T1 and are expecting to spend the night in the hotel, don't. You will be stuck outside until your flight is departing in less than 6 hours.

At the checkout, they accompanied me all the way to indigo counter and helped me get ahead in line. Everything was perfect! Loved the quiet and peaceful. Loved the hotwater bath before journey. Did not have chance to taste the food as we already brought our food with us.
