My first time in Mumbai was a great experience thanks to the Intercontinental Hotel on Marine Drive. The ocean view was beautiful; within a quick walk to the water’s edge where everyone can enjoy the waves. The staff were quick to help with any minor issues, leading to an overall great stay.

Recommend

The hotel is a really well located hotel that is smaller in size with excellent service at the front desk and restaurant. Theres also a brilliant rooftop bar and pool. The decor is more classic than modern which we didnt mind as we were very comfortable in the spacious rooms. Location on Marine Drive was excellent.

Reception staff were not up to Intercontinental Standard. When we asked for a room upgrade the reception lied and informed they were sold out and unable to give a better room. When I went to the room and checked there were many better rooms available. Unless you get a sea facing room avoid the hotel as the side view is terrible from the window which would depress even the happiest traveler.

Amazing hotel in Mumbai

Amazing hotel in Mumbai. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast has many options. On our last day they gave us a special dish. It was very kind! The sunset view from the restaurant is great! Highly recommended!
