Book V3 ANZ Hotels Mount Victoria accommodation from AU$115

We were firstly put in a room that was basic - I’m assuming because I’d paid a cheaper rate. On arrival the bathroom smelt and we had no hot water. Cleaners were sent - they were lovely and also A lady from reception came over to check water temp and told me all the rooms have the same temperature ( are you kidding me it’s 5 degrees outside and you have cold showers ? I’m not an idiot ! ) she tried to convince me the water was warming up - it was cold - she told me all other rooms were booked - the carpark was near empty ! Finally we were moved to a room with hot water and a room you probably would pay more for as it had a courtyard. The resort has potential - but the rooms that I saw could do with an upgrade - bathrooms - it’s a 3 star ⭐️ check in and Check out was easy and the receptionist was lovely. The gym in main area is not good but gym in older area is better we discovered this too late and wished we were told this on arrival.

Staff went above and beyond for us.

The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was also excellent. We did have trouble with working the air conditioner, but staff came to fix it. We were disappointed that we didn’t have Netflix, as we did in the previous hotel we stayed in, but overall we enjoyed our stay, with the bonus spirit that took a liking to my bed!

We loved the outlook from the living room and the deck. We also appreciated the close proximity to the Botanic Garden Mount Tomah. Thank you

Unique place to stay = a WOW / wonderful experience... history.... clean ... incredible staff - helpful - informative- professional- personable LOVED it !!!! and town / nature area
