Given an accessible room even though this wasn’t required or wanted. The bathroom was terrible, once you had a shower the whole floor was wet. Room was very drab. Air con didn’t work too well so room was too hot. Kettle didn’t fit under tap so difficult to fill. Bed felt like it had rubber cover under sheet, so made an unpleasant stay. Breakfast was served in the most uninviting restaurant (not the staff, the decor). Wont stay again.
