What a wonderful experience. 1st the staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone was so pleasant, kind, & understanding, very professional, & excellent customer service. Thank you for making an awful situation to a lovely evening. The hotel is absolutely beautiful & breathtaking. The company put a lot of love to restore this hotel. The beds are the star of the show. Room was very clean. Didn't get a chance to check out the amenities do to a late arrival & having to get up at 5am. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing missing is the fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

From Valet when we got there to Valet when we checked out and everything in between, our stay was perfect. Everyone we dealt with was great. We ate at the restaurant and the beef wellington was one of the best meals I've ever had.

The room was a nice size, but the bathroom was way too tight. There is NO elbow room at all from the sink to the shower glass doors with the toilet in between. Also, the refrigerator does not have a freezer section, so don't expect to refreeze an ice pack for example.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful, and the marker restaurant was very good! Mowerys for breakfast didn’t disappoint the food was the best. The only negative thing I can say is the parking garage elevator doesn’t work and you have to climb up and down stairs with all your luggage and the out side around the building to get in. That was a nightmare. The actual stay was wonderful though. Would defiantly go back again.
