The room was pretty clean. Other than the loudness of the room next to us, and the fact that its $50 per car per night for parking is was an okay stay. Im a loyal IHG customer and don't think I’ll be staying here again. Their breakfast also has a “fee”. The workers at the front desk were awesome!!!

Good location and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable but the room had a 10° difference in temperature between the window / outside wall and the thermostat. Bathroom was cramped, just generally minimally acceptable. The hallways looked like it was 1985.

Everything was great! The floor of our room got a little gross because we were tracking salt in from the snowy sidewalks. It was really noticeable with the hardwood floors but that’s not really anyone’s fault. Just an observation.

The front desk staff was very unenthusiastic and not at all welcoming, but not rude or anything. The room was not bad but the bed sheets were very wrinkled and almost looked slept on. The best thing about the room was the shower. I also was disapointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast included. Just some bagels or cereal or even coffee would have been nice. For almost $200 a night I think that is a reasonable request. All in all I would look for other accommodations if I ever went back to Cleveland.
