This property is in an excellent location. Walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Arena, Progressive Field, and The House Of Blues. The property has been renovated and is very clean. The only complaint that I have is $50 a day for parking is ridiculous. They need to change that

The location was central to a number of different sites, however no free parking on site. Being unfamiliar with the site, was told their valet services were an option, but no mention that paid parking was about 60 yards away. Ended up woth a $54 valet fee?!

Quick Couples getaway

We went for a quick couples trip to see the Cavs play. The convenient location made this ideal for us! We used their valet parking which was fast and seamless. The hotel was right next to restaurants which made it even better! The whole hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious,very clean, and well furnished, with a desk area and a sofa, as well as a mini fridge. We ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel's own cozy restaurant. It was delicious. All of the staff, from valet, to restaurant staff, to the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again!

No Wonder the World is Crazy

When we arrived it was a zoo, people everywhere and police. We found out there was a concert(rapper)around the corner and every 20 something was trying to get a room. We had reservations, but seemed to be getting bumped by the one check in person. We were supposed to have the next room only he gave it away!!! That didn't go well with me. The other man at the desk got us a room. The rest of the stay was delightful.
