Staff are excellent in special Sandra, she try to help us all time, rooms are excellent about the breakfast need to change to buffet like before.Actually we need improvement in the breakfast. Thanks

Stay was good, water pressure low, overall worth the money spent but nothing special.

We missed our flight and i tried to cancel my booking shortly after making the reservation.The booking was to pay at the hotel, but i could not cancel through expedia or by phone. The hotel charged my card even though we never arrived and i never authorized a charge.

The staff are really attentuve people..they helped me out in ao many ways besides just checking me in..the grounds and a bit of paradise even though yoy are in the city...i askex for a room with a/c but also asked for the room less affected by the noise, and they delivered...well done.!!

While the property is nice it has seen better days. The gardens were nice. The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean. The amenities were old like the warped pool tables. There wasn’t much interior seating in the social areas to sit at on rainy days except for the restaurant. The few staff that worked there were friendly and they work hard. Dinning is very limited - it’s the same menu at the outdoor bar as the dining room. Consider that this property is outside the main district so you do have to call for moto taxi or car if you’re bored and want to get some entertainment.
