Located in Augusta, this vacation home is on a river, within a 5-minute drive of Donavan Street Bushland and Augusta Visitor Centre.
House was a bit dusty and could have done with a vacuum, upstairs is very hot and has no fan. Upstairs shower is unusable with very little water and unable to control the temperature

Location was good. Breakfast room was nice and big with a well equipped kitchen. 0nly criticism I have is the lack of airconditioning. The property could install airconditioning rather then the small portable airconditioner they provided because our room was quite hot in the afternoons.
