Mon expĂ©rience Ă  l’hĂŽtel HONEYROSE a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©cevante. À mon arrivĂ©e, aprĂšs un vol de 15 heures, j’ai rencontrĂ© un problĂšme avec ma carte de crĂ©dit. Au lieu de chercher une solution adaptĂ©e, le chef de la rĂ©ception m’a tenu des propos blessants et condescendants, allant jusqu’à me demander pourquoi j’avais rĂ©servĂ© si je n’avais pas d’argent. J’ai ressenti cela comme une attitude discriminatoire et trĂšs loin des standards d’un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles. J’ai proposĂ© de payer en espĂšces Ă  l’avance, ou mĂȘme tous les deux jours, mais cela a Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©. J’ai finalement dĂ» utiliser ma carte professionnelle, ce qui m’a beaucoup contrariĂ©, d’autant plus que dans d’autres hĂŽtels de mĂȘme catĂ©gorie, ce type de situation est toujours rĂ©glĂ© avec professionnalisme et souplesse. Concernant le reste du sĂ©jour : le personnel en gĂ©nĂ©ral Ă©tait aimable, et la chambre correcte, mais sans le niveau de luxe attendu pour un 5 Ă©toiles (mini-bar vide, trĂšs peu d’amĂ©nitĂ©s, aucun service de pliage des vĂȘtements, etc.). Autre point Ă©tonnant : aprĂšs avoir pris mon petit-dĂ©jeuner au restaurant de l’hĂŽtel, on m’a appelĂ© pour exiger un paiement en espĂšces au lieu de simplement l’ajouter Ă  ma chambre. En rĂ©sumĂ©, cet hĂŽtel ne reflĂšte pas du tout l’expĂ©rience haut de gamme attendue. Je voyage souvent dans des hĂŽtels 5 Ă©toiles Ă  travers le monde et c’est la premiĂšre fois que je me sens ainsi sous-estimĂ© et mal accueilli

I really enjoyed my stay at the HONEYROSE Hotel in Montreal. The property felt very safe, and I especially appreciated how easy and secure the parking was. While the rates are on the pricier side, the convenience and peace of mind definitely add value. The location is excellent — close enough to all the main attractions to get around easily, but just far enough away that you’re not disturbed by heavy tourist traffic. Overall, a comfortable and reliable choice for a stay in the city.
