Great locate. Very busy with lots of people and night life. Very modern and clean room. The saunas and gym were great. The only down fall is the room was cold and we could not adjust the temperature in the room. They sent is up a little heater to help warm up the space.

Everything was wonderful until the elevator broke. This wasn't the hotels fault but they did very little to accommodate the guests. Seniors and families with small children/babies with strollers etc were stuck walking up 40 flights of stairs. The hotel staff did nothing to ensure the guests safety on the stairs. I brought my elderly parents (both have health conditions that prevent them from being able to manage this amount of stairs). We eventually got moved to a lower floor but not after having to make a stern complaint and after expressing a number of times about my concerns with my parents and other elderly people staying there. We were moved to cheaper room, which is fine, but nothing was offered to show any kind of consideration for the people who spent good money to stay there. My parents didn't leave the room for two days because they couldn't manage the stairs - even on the lower floor (still 10 flights). I will seriously consider if I'd stay there again. Everything else was wonderful.

The room that I stayed in was very large, with two bedrooms. It had a great view and a balcony. Two weeks later, my wife stayed in the same property. She said she could touch the two walls with her arms in her room. So, the building was great, but I was simply lucky about the room.

Parking was available, a bit expensive but very convenient! The walls were very scuffed in the unit although its because the paint was "contractor grade". All and all it was very clean and a fabulous location. I would stay again with hesitation!

The apartment was fine: spacious and well-appointed. After making the reservation, I was told by email that I had to complete further info in order to finalize my reservation. This meant having my face photographed and scanned, as well as my vehicle license. Against my better judgment, I went along with it. I am sure this intrusive information will be handled securely, but I am left to trust them on that. For that reason, I will not return. Of the two elevators, one was out of commission.

The 3 bedroom apartment was great. However, 2 rooms were not properly cleaned as the bed sheets had hair on them. Above all, on the fourth night the elevators broke down and we were forced to take the flight of stairs up to the 17th floor. This was a terrible experience for my mother (heart patient). The building is nice but the only way to communicate with the front desk is through the Sonder App which many times took a long time to get a response from the team. Also, the chatting system does not necessarily located in the front desk of the building but rather somewhere in Philippines. So you’re chatting with the team overseas and they many times do not immediately understand the ask. Final thoughts are that the 3 bedroom apartment was great and a nice location, however everything else puts a damper on such a nice apartment, example, dirty bedsheets, lack of communication channel with the front desk, elevators breaking down with no backup plan, terrible parking situation.
