Would get 5 start but the check-in time is too late

The title sums it up... our employees sat in front of the building for 2-hr as they charge extra for early check-in, which ruins the experience of such a decent place, 4pm check-in is quite late. Otherwise this place is in the top tier of all the places we sent our staff in Montreal so far

Although the place was relatively clean, supplies were missing (only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper), the code to the unit was way too easy to guess and someone walked in mid-day which was unsafe. The host also did not communicate or respond to our messages during our stay despite offering to. Would only recommend if desperate.
