Good Stay

I stayed at this property for a month and I enjoyed most of the experience. The unit was in a great area and was beautiful in the layout and fixtures. The host was very kind and moved me to the third floor, with more space, which was unexpected and great. The bed was very comfortable, internet was reliable, and I appreciated the ample towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. My only concerns were the initial difficulties communicating with the host and the cleanliness of parts of the unit when I checked in. Before checking in, I had to contact the host multiple times and got no response or delayed responses for multiple days. She was more responsive during my stay. Most of the unit was fairly clean, but I doubt it was professionally cleaned. The rug in the living room had a lot of human hair and chip crumbs in it, and the floor of the kitchen also had crumbs. The bathrooms were clean enough but also had hair and appeared to have been spot cleaned as well. I was provided a vacuum that didn't work but then was quickly provided a different one that did. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies, so I was able to clean the apartment during my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Again, the location was a standout. I just wish the unit would have been cleaner.

The location was convenient. Check in was easy. Host was responsive to messages. The condo had everything we needed to make for a pleasant, comfortable stay. The nearby parking lot was very handy.
