Helpful staff and clean room. I appreciated being moved from what was a noisy room to a quieter one. Great location with so much a walkable distance away. I love the fireplace in the lobby that felt so welcoming each time we returned from the chilly November weather.

The hotel did not disclose that it was under renovations with no restaurant/ bar. Unacceptable. Also, my wife and I banged our shins multiple times on the sharp wooden bed corners in our luxury king room. Very disappointed.

huge washroom with double sinks. rooms are also good size amenities were okay - no shower cap. only 2 bottles of water bottles for whole trip. did not find any water fountain. Gym is small, no water fountain. location is central - 1 block away from shopping malls, lots of restuarants and eatery. Convennience store close by. Close to Via Rail, walkable - 30 min to Old Montreal.
