Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Offered great advice and made check in seamless and easy. A wonderful experience. Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for shopping, site seeing and cultural events. The heated outdoor pool was clean and provided a nice way to unwind after a busy day.

We really liked our stay! The heated outdoor pool was really great for our kids. Plenty of fun! Great area as well with lots to do. Super nice staff and very helpful! Will stay here again :)

the only complaints I would have was: 1. it wasnt very easy to find on the maps - their signage for the hotel but the staff was very helpful on the phone 2. the parking not fitting our vehicle.. wasnt a huge deal but it still didnt fit

Lovely Downtown Hotel

Lovely place to stay. Within easy walking distance of the Metro, McGill, and a nice walk away from the historic district. The staff were friendly and pleasantly replied in English to my fractured French. Highly recommend. The "dipping pool" was beautiful.
