The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable and very clean. We liked the central location and walked everywhere. The only drawback was that they did not offer complimentary coffee in the morning and there was no restaurant. Overall nice stay in Montreal!

Gorgeous lobby, loved the orchids displayed on the table, room was nicely decorated and a wonderful size. Found the slidable shutter outside of the shower rather odd and made the room feel dark. Room was nice and quiet. Pool was a lovely treat! Wish there would have been info in the room about pool towels or maybe have it mentioned at the front desk upon check in to save confusion but enjoyed it thoroughly especially during the heat wave! Loved the robe! Super comfy and not too bulky and great to wear to the pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!

Upscale Hotel in the heart of Montreal.

This was our first time to Canada… The hotel is essentially located. The person who booked this for us is a silver member for Hotels.com. She lives in Montreal and recommended this hotel. Staff were friendly, room was centrally located, We needed a room closer to the elevator and they accommodated us without issue. Beautiful room, comfortable beds.

Great stay in a prime location in downtown Montreal, steps away from the subway. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. There were guests in the room right next to mine and I could not hear a thing so the rooms seem to be well soundproofed. Overall just a great stay, would recommend.

The hotel was perfectly adequate and well located—just a short walk from Peel Metro, Rue Sainte-Catherine, and the Crescent Street F1 Fan Festival. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy robe and slippers provided. That said, the use of a daily bar of soap rather than a more sustainable, refillable liquid dispenser felt a little outdated. Overall, the stay was fine, but the hotel lacked any distinctive features to set it apart from nearby competitors. If I were the management, my first move would be to re-open the lobby bar to create a livelier atmosphere and make a stronger first impression.
