Checkin was pushed by front desk from 4pm to 4:35pm. The body wash container was broken so maintenance came to fix in the evening. Overall it was a great stay, second time here.

There is a restaurant at the corner of the building called Mignon that was extremely loud until 3am and beyond. It is fine for the younger crowd who likes to party but not for those who would like to get some rest. Beautiful hotel but would not stay again due to the noise.

Very beautiful hotel in a very safe area. Everything is walkable from this central location in Old Town. The staff was very helpful in planning our day and giving suggestions.

Great place! Will stay again

I CANNOT overstate how incredible the service was. From the second we pulled up, the valet was eager to help us unpack a car filled with kids and luggage. The room was giant and had a handy litttle kitchenette and fridge to prepare snacks for the kids. They had set up a pull out couch for them. The view was also great, felt like we were in Paris. We loved it and will recommend this to everyone. We went to club med charlevoix after and there was no help getting us from our car up to our room as we visibly struggled with all our stuff, it made us ever more grateful for the treatment we received at Saint Sulpice

The location was exceptional: right next to Notre-Dame, right next to shopping and restaurants, 5 min walk to closest metro. The room space was exceptional and clean. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were provided. Staff was very helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that the restaurant had limited hours for dinner (only 7-9pm).
