This is a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of everything but still on a quiet street. The staff are incredible, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of variety, and fresh and the staff are so attentive to things being taken care of at all points of our stay. No complaints at all and we will definitely be back next time we are in town!

The hotel was very cute and room very nice - super comfortable bed, very nice shower/bathroom, nice breakfast, etc. The 4-star rating is because when I arrived the valet was full and the last thing I wanted to do at 10:30pm on a freezing cold night in a brand new city was to deal with parking a large rental car ... it took over an hour and a ton of hassle to figure out where to finally park the large vehicle, which was only about a 10-minute walk away (Montreal Science Centre). If they would've known to point me there in the first place, it would've been way less of an issue. The staff were all very nice, but just didn't know to recommend this place to park.

My goodness, what a lovely little hotel! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and so helpful. The antique façade hides a modern hotel built from the inside out, so the rooms have a modern sense and are quite. My room, on the 5th floor, was perfect, every amenity include a clothes steamer. A breakfast of fruit, yogurt, meats and cheeses, and pastries was included in the room price, the team was happy to provide more coffee and pastries during the day. The hotel is within a few blocks of the Notre-Dame Basilica and the Place d'Armes. There was a transit strike during my visit, so I don’t know how far the hotel was from bus stops, but many sites were within 1 – 1 ½ mile walk, some hills but mostly flat. It’s a delightful place to stay in a very good location.

The bath robes are luxurious! The slippers are not cheapo — can wear them to the local spa. The breakfast is quite good — the local fresh bagels are the best, and of course the all you can drink café drinks all day is wonderful.

Charming. Wonderful, stylish, and modern furnishings. Fantastic shower. B&O Bluetooth speaker made it easy to listen to music. This is the place to be. Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. This hotel is the most charming and elegant place to stay. Everything was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and professional. Matthew took care of us. We stayed here for our anniversary and don’t have any bad things to say. The breakfast was good, and the unlimited coffee was an amazing perk. The property itself was beautiful and blended right in with the bricks and stone all around Old Montreal. 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to return.
