I had a wonderful stay, the room was delightful and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is slightly out of the centre, but the metro station next door makes this irrelevant. It’s in a great location for walking to other neighbourhoods. The room’s facilities were great, the bed was super comfortable and I was amazed to find a diffuser with the hairdryer! It was lovely to sit in the balcony in the evening and enjoy a drink. The breakfast was very enjoyable, my only slight adjustment would be to provide a coffee pot per table, rather than topping up as required. I would definitely stay again if I was in Montreal.

Great location. Excellent breakfast (included). Not sure the room updates work. Rooms seem smaller and less comfortable. It’s a training hotel so all things considered the service was reasonable. It’s important to be patient (eg at check in) because of this.
