From start to finish, our stay was immaculate. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with cafes and eateries surrounding. The hotel lobby was impressive, so clean and pleasing to the eye. Our room was very clean, felt fresh and anytime we needed extra supplies or toiletries, concierge arrived within just a couple minutes. All hotel staff are extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in 2 1/2 hours early! The free breakfast also didn’t disappoint, lots of variety and something for all diets. 100% would stay here again and again!

Well maintained property with good sized rooms, and well maintained furniture. The cleaning staff should be trained in sustainability since they empty recyclable waste with non recyclable waste in the same bag. The breakfast could be improved with a better variability during the different days.

Excellent service, rooms were clean, and they welcomed my dog as well. The only thing was that they had weddings/parties downstairs during the weekend we stayed, and our room was on the 2nd floor. The music was quite loud - we didn't mind that much, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with babies/kids. Maybe you wouldn't hear it on the upper floors, I'm not sure.

An ok area in the city. Room and pool were great. the room was not ready for the 3pm check in. we arrived at 4pm and the room was still not ready. Staff didnt seem to care that much. we had to amuse ourselves for 2 hours until we could get our room.

There were wedding events which created a lack of parking for the hotel guests. We ended up parking at the lot across the street with three kids and carrying things from the car to the hotel.

The hotel and room were clean and staff were accommodating. Sink in the room was very slow to drain water. Breakfast had a long wait and was missing pancakes and waffles. For the size of the hotel, the breakfast area is too small.
