Don’t be tempted by the low price. It’s cheap for a reason. You can hear the highway all night and it’s beside a homeless encampment. Walking by the hotel at night felt very sketchy. They also didn’t have our room despite booking 4 months ahead of time. We got a smaller bed and even after escalating the issue to the main manager they didn’t care and claimed we got upgraded as there were 2 queens instead of a king. Well for 2 people, 2 queens is worse than 1 king, but all they could do was parrot their company policy on how the room is a higher tier than the one we booked. They told us to claim through Expedia but then lied about the situation. Only when I called myself and recorded the call to provide to Expedia, did they backtrack on their story. It was a mess from check in to check out, but I guess I got a good story out of it. I never thought I would care about hotel brands but I’ll make sure to avoid Hilton in the future.
