We were pleased with how clean the apartment, the convenient location, free parking and we were impressed with how timely and helpful the owner is. The only drawback was being in a basement meant that we could hear the guests above us. I recommend this home owner, as a very easy person to communicate with! I would just advice asking if there will be people staying above and if those people can agree to honoring the quite hours
