This hotel is located in a busy area. The downside is parking may not be available on site - the person who checked in before us got the last spot. We were able to park in front of the hotel while checking in and checking out,but needed to park down the road in UQAM parking. It was less than a 5 minute walk, but I can see that being troublesome for some folks. The staff were pleasant to deal with. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby 24/7. No continental breakfast, but there's plenty of other options. Was a 3 minute walk to the concert venue we went to (MTelus) and even at 1:30am when I went to the Deppaneur (convenience store), I felt safe on that busy street. People were polite in the area, minded their own business and I didn't see or feel like I was around anyone sketchy. Would stay here again, for sure!

Reasonable price in a safe and quiet location convenient for walking and public transportation. Staff was very attentive and housekeeping did a great job with room cleaning. Will stay here again.

Everything generally is good. But the parking is valley parking so that some time I feel comfortable if I want to get something from my car. And I ask to slower my room temperature because we felt so hot with 23 C degrees in room. The front desk said they will do it for us but they didn’t

Clean and nice enough for the price. Area was a bit dodgy. Valet parking can be a bit of an inconvenience if you're getting your car multiple times but it's easy to walk everywhere.

Very well located with easy and well priced valet parking for the area. Thus is one of the most convenient location to access Place des Arts and Quartier Chinois which were both where we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket it was provided and they asked if the room was too cold. Not the case. I just like to sleep in a cold room with extra layers. I sleep like a baby!
