The hotel location downtown Montreal was perfect, and close to restaurants and Subway. The valet parking was straightforward I’m super helpful. The coffee machines at the lobby made quality machine brewed coffee. The staff were nice and helpful. Although the room was super clean, the smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming, and the same for the lobby. I suggest using mild chemicals. Also, please make herbal tea available. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay.

Please consider that disregarding the reviews, the hotel finds itself in a not-so-nice neighborhoods. Staff was very kind and helpful, but the overall condition did not satisfy what I was expecting.

Nice hotel offering free coffee and water. Breakfast is available in the Italian restaurant next door but the menu is limited. Service and staff were excellent. Location is great.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating and very prompt at checking our luggage when we had to arrive a couple hours early. When we went back to get our luggage they were quick to get it for us again. I would easily stay here in the future. Good size room comfy bed great TV and most importantly the amazing coffee machines in the lobby!

There was no breakfast included but did have an excellent coffee machine in the lobby. Parking was valet off-site where someone parked a car in front of our car and took their keys making a 30 minute delay in leaving to find the car’s owner to move it.

You have incredible front desk staff! Especially a young lady with blond hair. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The only thing missing was I kept being given decaf coffee in the room when I would have preferred fully caffeinated.

Easy walk to old Montreal. Parking garage very tight but nice free charging and also locked up always so felt safe. Area around the property a bit dodgy, but we walked back at night on Rue St Laurent and it felt much safer than Rue Hotel de ville even though that’s a more direct route.

The best thing about our room was a window that could open!! Street was quiet. It would have been nice to have a breakfast, felt more like a Best Western, maybe not a Plus! Staff was very helpful.
