Staff was excellent and communication was stellar from the time I made my reservation. Location worked perfectly, short walk to so much history, and close to the Rome Marathon start.

We only stayed one night (12 hours actually) at the Aenea Superior Inn as we just needed a place to stay before an early morning flight home from Rome after two weeks in Tuscany. We would definitely stay longer! Our room was sparkling clean, quiet and the heating/cooling unit worked great. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent. We also appreciated that the included continental breakfast (coffee, juice, water, yogurt, biscotti, petite toasts, jam & Nutella) was already in our room so we could have a bite before our taxi arrived at 4:00 am. Even given all of these positive aspects, the standout for us was the stellar customer service. The property communicated very clearly with us before our arrival and when we arrived Simone gave us a warm welcome and all the information we needed. He helped us arrange for the aforementioned taxi and put our minds at ease that it would in fact arrive to get us to the airport on time, and it did! The location of the hotel is also amazing. We were able to walk there from the Termini train station and it's very central to many of the popular sights in Rome. Highly recommend!!

Stanza è un letto pulito, anche il bagno perché lo puliscono ogni giorno. Marco il staff al ricevimento e stato bellissimo 👌. In generale i staff sono stati bravissimi, grazie a voi la mia stay è stata molto bella.

The location is 5 mins from Termini station and the staff speaks good English which made things a lot easier.

The breakfast bar was nice and good variety of food.

The location of the Hotel Forum is perfect. Our room literally had views of the Colossuem and Roman Forum. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. There are many great food options close by. I'd highly recommend!
