Check in was pretty fast. Room was not so great. The bathroom was dirty. There were hairs and dirt on the floor. I paid extra to check in early. Never again.

El lugar es muy bonito, pero una vez que tienes tu habitación siento que no hay suficiente atención. Yo me he hospedado en diferentes partes y la atención es al 100% a los huéspedes. Me refiero en cuestión de la limpieza de la habitación cuando son de 2 noches en adelante. Siento que les falta mejorar eso, me bloquearon mi tarjeta para entrar a mi habitación 2 veces seguidas un día antes del check out, es molesto ir de vuelta a que solucionen eso y luego otra vez hagan lo mismo. Ademas, mi habitación tenia una gotera. ☹️

Disgusting Room

The room was gross. The faucet had green scum and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. It came with no towels (we had to ask for some), and the AC leaked water from the ceiling. The shower had poor drainage and pooled water when being used. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had a sewer smell, toiled didn't flush, pillow and bed sheet with blood stains, 1 hour to check in there was a line of 7 people and only 1 attendent . Restrooms by Looby area were dirty. I will never stay there again.
