Every time I come to Carmel-by-the-Sea, I stay at the Wayfarer Inn. This Inn is charming and beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants near Ocean Avenue. Highly recommend!

Great value for the location

Wonderful stay in Carmel. We love this place. It is exactly what you need, it's not fancy but it is clean, spacious and close to downtown.

Very Basic

Very basic and not that comfortable. The bed was hard, the floor was dirty, the bed was not very warm. Parking is very limited as well. Cannot recommend.
