yes, just yes. i was there from Sept 7-15,it was my second trip to Jamaica. the first trip when i was looking for a place to stay i looked at the reviews and saw 1000+ for this place and had 8.2/10, the same rating 5 star hotels have, and it's easy to see why. it was amazing, so amazing, i didnt even look at other places for my second visit. and i know it's where im going to stay next time.

I had a pleasant stay at Toby's. My room was large and it had a lovely large shower. The grounds were well maintained and picturesque. Good location, close to the airport and walking distance to the beach and a plant nursery, among other places. Check-in was quick, and the staff was pleasant. My only problem was that I requested shuttle service from the airport due to my late arrival. I had email confirmation instructing me to wait at column F for the shuttle. The shuttle never came, I had to take a random taxi at night, a situation which I was trying to avoid due to safety reasons. When I was checking in and queried this at reception, the receptionist wasn't aware that I was meant to be collected by the shuttle. I hope there will be better communication in the future so other guests won't experience the ghost shuttle service. Apart from the shuttle service I would recommend staying here👌

Problem at checkin. My prepaid overnight stay has not been sent to property, & U couldnt reach a live agent to sort it out with front desk. I went ahead & paid again for the night. Tell me how to receive refund for the prepaid on line paymebt U made. I have stayed at Tobys many times in the last 14 years or so. Excellebt staff in restaurant & security.
