The grounds and property are stunning, clean and well kept! The private beach is beautiful with attentive staff, fresh towels and drink service right from your beach chair. The front desk staff was perfection, especially Zaria and Toneil! They attended to every small detail, were friendly and very courteous. The food was absolutely delicious. Lastly, the room was spacious, luxurious and cleaned promptly every morning. Room service was prompt and yummy! This was by far the best stay we have ever had as frequent visitors to Jamaica!

The property was well maintained, it was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We were there for a total of 6 days. The Restaurant are very good. The only issue we had was that every day at the buffet the same thing was served chicken every day in every way as much as you pay for this resort you should be able to eat well every day. The restaurants are packed and by reservations only.. If you have to eat at the buffet it should be a little better variety. Other than that this Hotel is the Chef’s Kiss

Overall a good stay, but at times service was not smooth, room service took abt an hour, outdoor grill was a long 30-45 min wait for food so that was not ideal. Beach was great and room was kept clean. WiFi does not work on resort so you’ll need to pay for daily data plans. Everyone was very nice though and it was a pleasant stay.

It is on a really beautiful beach, with no seaweed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. But the food choices was extremely limited and not very tasty. They ran out of towels which is crazy. Not worth the high price at all. They didn’t even have a lot of activities. This resort was super boring. One day the pool was filthy all types of bugs and stuff floating in the water.

Our stay at the S Hotel was exceptional!!!! The property is stunning, with a relaxed atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous beach and a wide variety of delicious foods!! The location is also perfect; less than 10 minutes from Sangster Int'l Airport. Shoutout to Asst General Manager, Marlon, who was always nearby to answer questions and share information. We will definitely be back!

Property could use an upgrade. Also the cleanliness of the rooms a bit off, hair that didnt belong to us all over the floors. Food options limited. Reservations needed to be made for the three on premise resteraunts and they werent guarenteed. Not many jamaican food options in buffet. The entertainment could have also been better. The vibe of the resort was a bit dead. On the plus side the staff all friendly and helpful. Location to beach wonderful. Location of resort ehhhh. Hard to explore because every minute someone will try to sell you something. They dont advertise all the services the hotel offers. So if you dont inquire youll not know. The beach is beautiful which is a plus. I dont think id visit a second time but im sure its good for some people.
