Overall it was a good time spent. A few hiccups that were brief and or resolved by management. Like most places outside of the US 18 years old is the adult drinking age. One day at the pool you could 100% tell who was just 18. It completely changed the feel of a relaxing day pool side. It turned into a club with dancing on the bar and other behavior that was off putting to many. Many left the pool area because it appeared that the DJ fueled the behavior even more with the music choices he continues to play. We left. Most of the employees were wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately one bad apple ruined an evening for us. As I mentioned management addressed the issue and apologized. The overall experience was good. The food was good. The restaurants were really good! The property is beautiful and not too big that’s it’s overwhelming. There are lots of things to enjoy including the great live bands. The grounds were beautiful. The beach on one side is rocky, but just a few steps away you can enter the ocean without difficulty. Would I go again? Yes I would .

The property was immaculate and clean! Dedra, one of the members of the experience team gave my husband and I a wonderful, romantic evening dinner for two on the beach with rose petals and candle light dinner. It was a delicious dinner with Billy, the saxophone soloist, who delighted us with romantic music throughout the evening. He was amazing! This evening was an experience of a life time to celebrate our 30th anniversary from Ocean Eden Bay experience team. Dedra came in on her day off, to make sure our evening was grand and boy was it ever! Thank you so much, Dedra! You were kind, thoughtful and professional with a surpurb eye for details, making sure everything went right. We appreciate you making our 30th anniversary an evening to remember.
