Something to note when visiting this resort is there is no food between 10:30 am to 12:00 and between 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. I wish they had some options around that time. But if you plan to do tours or go to the beach and will need something to eat around that time. Get some food at the buffet and save for later

when booking the resort, I called and informed them I was coming to celebrate my birthday, and I wasn't offered a decorated room. the whole time while checking in they asked again what's the reason for my trip I told them again i was celebrating my birthday. I was offered to get my room decorated and I agreed for them to decorate my room. however, it never got done. we get to the room, and we asked for blankets and more towels that we never got. we asked for room service to clean up a broken bottle of complementary bottle of alcohol that fell off the table and broke and they didn't show up until about 4 hrs later it took three calls for them to come clean it up. remember nobody didn't bring the towels and blanket we asked for either. the next day we stopped housekeeping and asked to get our room cleaned and we had to stop them twice for them to do that the lady actually bypassed our room and I had to stop the supervisor to ask her to have the lady to come back to the room to clean it. but the resort was nice as far as the restaurants and pool and bar areas.

What a great place for a all inclusive vacation. The size is pretty big and has everything in walking distance. There is a unlimited choices of food you can chose from and plenty of bars all over the place. We just came home yesterday and want to go back again. I think it is the people that work there that make the place so wonderful, they just can't stop helping you. Great job.

I thought the staff alone was amazing. Everyone there made sure we were always having a good time. The room was always stocked with beverages and was cleaned every day. Our butler was always available to assist with whatever we needed. The bar staff got it right on our drinks every time.
