I had booked this room while on the road during a 10 hour drive and trusted the information provided by the hotel to Expedia, unfortunately when arriving late in the evening I was told by the staff parking is not available on the property and I would have to park on the street on public parking marked with blue lines. Finding parking was very difficult and time consuming, unfortunately the problems didn't stop there, the room was excessively noisy and I was unable to get a good night sleep, anyone considering this hotel I recommend to check Google Reviews I will post a video showing the noise levels. In addition the shower drain needed repair, the top cover was just sliding around and calking on toilet and bidet was also in need of repair. When bringing these issues to the staffs attention they were unwilling to resolve the situation or making it better by accommodating me in another room, just stating this is normal. I do not recommend this property.
