Honestly we didn’t like it someone came over to our room and OPEN the door asking me if I already checking in we all know if I’m not checking in I can’t be in the room… the pool was obviously not clean then the room was very small I am very disappointed I am sorry but probably will never come back.

The room was fine I was just not aware that they would be taking another 100$ to hold for 5 days! I’m a single mom and it’s Christmas soon so every penny matters. There is also NO 👎 hot tub here and was looking forward to relaxing in that. The pool was small and a bit murky.

The room was in okay condition. It was a little run down. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close. The first morning of our stay, we had no hot water. We were lucky we didn't have to go out until later. The jacuzzi tub leaked. The refrigerator got so cold our stuff froze. The noise between the rooms is very bad.
