Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely come again! Beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views and rooms. Spa is fairly priced and excellent. Location very near little Adam’s peak makes for a convenient sunrise walk. Staff all around very good and made the stay welcoming. Some things to be improved: While restaurant food is good, the prices are extortionate and we ended up eating majority of meals in local Ella for a fraction of the price. Due to the size of the resort, transport via buggy is often required and we found this service to be quite inconsistent (especially during periods of rain where everyone in the resort requires a buggy). While the hotel has umbrellas in the room, it would be nice to also get an umbrella if stuck in another location (such as the restaurant) during a downpour.

What a beautiful oasis! A super relaxed and peaceful place to stay - staff are excellent. Will definitely come again.

The hotel middle of the forest above the mountain with peace and amazing view and a 15minute to walk to the temple ....with great foods and staff , Since we arrived until we left Sahiru answered alll our questions helped us with a smile he is amazing ... The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide any information, asked bell boy about dinner, he said buffe, but when went to restaurant, no buffe..only fried rice and pasture..had to abandon the restaurant and went for dinner in the town. Booked for 2 night but had to change the hotel after 1 night..cannot stay in this horrible hotel..will ask hotels.com to refund my money..This hotel is worth nothing.
