Great Location

Everything was ok until the shower. There was no soap. Liquid container was empty. When checking out I mentioned it. The receptionist was more intent on writing a note to housekeeping than talking to me. It was oh sorry we let it get empty until filling it. My fault apparently I should have rung them. I was wet in the shower with conditioner in my hair. This is a basic requirement especially at over $300 per night. Yes these things get missed it was the staffs attitude that upset me. She did not care. It is not about the environment, its about them saving money.

It is just a basic motel with good space and two spare beds in the mezzanine. A good central location. As we were in an upstairs unit it would have been good to have an outside light as it was close to unsafe on the stairs at night. A couple of biscuits would be appreciated on arrival to go with the coffee.

We have stayed here before. Clean room. Free self serve breakfast, cooking facilities. Very close to ferry terminals, waterfront, shops and cafes. Would recommend

It was a rainy day in Picton. The hotel was nice without being fussy. Would stay again

Convenient great place to stay- clean quiet comfy good amenities, nice balcony with a view of the Harbour and mountains. I recommend!
