Internet was good. Able to watch Netflix on table. Beds could have been more comfortable. Floors needed scrubbing and refrigerator is very small. Definitely not big enough for 5-7 people. We had a cooler for drinks and sandwich makings filled the frig
Great summer cabin vacation spot! Close to Copper Harbor and access to the Nordic Spa was a wonderful bonus to our trip.

Liked: Cleanliness
The cabins were nice, the scenery beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing. The camp store was well stocked and easy to get to. But there is no privacy —other guests in the upper or lower level of same cabin and a shared dock/firepit/charcoal grills with all other guests (10 cabins.) The beds were reasonably decent but getting in and out of them was challenging as they are made of logs that are higher than the mattresses. And there was nowhere to prepare meals other than the shared public areas. We had a good time in spite of it, but we won’t book there again.
Likes the fire pit and deck didn’t like the shower curtain was too short and water got on floor Very quiet

Super clean and spacious cabin. The location was beautiful. The shared dock was nice. Best part was access to the Nordic spa. We will definitely be back!
The interior of the cabin was stunning and the lakefront was beautiful and serene. Only drawback - and this is probably necessitated by the all -wood construction and furniture - there was no way to cook meals except by microwave and this wasn’t made particularly clear when we booked the place. Most of the time when we book a cabin of this type we expect to have a stove for meal preparation. And not much for dining options nearby due to the remoteness. If you’re fine doing continental breakfast and hot pockets for dinner, it’s a great bargain!
The location on the lake with a huge deck was gorgeous! When I arrived the trash, hadn't been taken out from the previous guests and the table was sticky. The log bunk beds were difficult, even painful, to get out of. As I have discovered even less expensive rooms in the area, I will not rent one these cabins again.
Shared parking was a pain. The lower cottage unit had several cars and used every spot. They also let the screen door on a spring SLAM allllll day starting in the early morning until after dark. I expect some noise with close two level cabins, but this group just had no consideration.
Absolutely amazing stay and surprised at how nice everything was when we got there for motel prices!!! The lake was gorgeous and serene the store staff was beyond sweet but we did run into a very rude man at the pizza place at the pool who treated us as if we weren’t welcome and as if we just dropped in asking to use the pool. This was even after we told him we rented 2 aqua log cabins and he said “well, what do you want a tour our something?…” when we waited for wristbands. Other than this encounter every person we ran into was like we’ve known each other for years! And all within an hr and a half from all the sight seeing! Couldn’t have asked for a better location or view!
This was our first time renting a cabin, and we were really nervous about it.
But once we arrived our worries were completely wiped away.
We were able to enjoy our stay in comfort. The cabin met all our needs with plenty of space for us and our luggage, and warmth in the cold nights with a super efficient heater system.
Another highlight was the water pressure of their included showers with the cabin.
I am already starting to plan another trip with this cabin in mind I will definitely be coming again in the near future.
Having to unplug the microwave to plug in the coffee maker was an unnecessary inconvenience. Just go to Harbor Freight and buy a triple tap and another extension cord. Jeez, for over $200 a night I don’t expect that kind of inconvenience.
