Helpful and courteous staff

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Africa. It is an absolute jewell, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is great being right above the Rupa mall. The gym and swimming pool are also excellent and I spent a lot of time out on the patio outside the bar relaxing and working

Everything was perfect and i felt safe when i was there'.staff members are helpful whhich helps enjoy the place.I would highly recommend

Be prepared to walk up and down hills. NO hot water in the shower.food was ok, but eat in your room if you want to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures don't really show you what this place is like.

The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through. Food was good and varied enough. Overall a pleasant enough stay

The staff were well organized and extremely helpful. I stayed several days in Comfy Inn and found everything satisfactory.
