A "kitchenette" apparently means it has a sink. Don't plan on actually cooking anything here, there are no pots or utensils of any kind. If it doesn't say it has a fridge, it doesn't, even if it says it's a kitchenette.

If you want just a bed, and don't mind that garbage trucks come at 5:30 in the morning, the tv is awful, and the room is dark and dingy, then this is the place for you.

This had to be one of the worst places I have stayed. Staff was friends at check in but upon entering the room there were so many issues. No fridge or microwave as indicated in reservation and had to have them brought to the room- and they were filthy! Fridge has stains and food and dirt in it as did the microwave. The bathtub was so filthy I didn’t dare get in without sandals. The floor had dirt all over it, the sheets and towels were so dingy that there’s no way bleach was used. I didn’t even pull the bedding down. The floor was sticky and there was a smudge under the table that appeared to be feces. There were dirty mattresses and old equipment out back by the pet area. We didn’t even stay the second night even though we had pre paid. Absolutely deplorable

The manager made sure that items that weren't working (TV), missing microwave and refrigerator were fixed and added to the room. She was very pleasant and had excellent customer service.

Unsafe and disgusting floors and showers

We checked in and the floor was filthy. I didn't even feel like I could take my shoes off. We started running the shower and immediately hair was swirling around in 3" of water. It was the grossest experience I've ever had at a hotel for 175$ a night especially. The front desk staff was a hit or miss. One lady was very aggressive and rude and the other woman was very nice and cleaned our floor for us. There were some very friendly people but they were smoking right outside their room. As we were waiting in line to ask for our room to be cleaned there was a man in front of me in line who was looking for a woman. Front desk said they couldn't tell him which room she was in and he left. Then another hotel staff came and said there was a room they couldn't get into because the latch was closed from the inside and the person should have checked out. Hopefully it was just a fluke but they said they were going to call the cops to make sure it wasn't anything serious... We had a baby and immediately decided to leave. Definitely don't take your family here.

I will Never stay at this hotel again!!

There is definitely no services and no deli. They tried to give us a downgraded room for the same price at our first check-in at our second check-in we got the kitchenette we reserved, but it was pretty gross. It looked like they had just thrown the room together and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds were gross. The floor was dirty and the closet had dirty laundry in it.

When we book the room online, it stated that it come with fridge and microwave but the room given to us did not have any of those. When we spoke to the front desk, the man claimed to be the maintenance guy only and could only leave a note for us. All the shampoo and body wash were available for sale only. Not worth it with this quality and this price.

Quite loud at night with trains and people making noise. Front desk lady was very kind and talkative but did not seem to know how to deal with Expedia reservations; I paid ahead of time with OneKeyCash and she charged my credit card anyways, which I am currently trying to set straight. Would avoid in the future.
