We planned a staycation at this property for one night just for fun so the kids could swim. We booked a poolside room. Both pools were so cold that no one could swim including myself. It was obvious that the pool was barely heated. We decided to check out after one hour and book at another nearby property. When checking out, the person at the front desk acted surprised that the pools were cold. However, after looking at other reviews it should not have been new information to the property as there are consistent reviews with this same feedback.

What I thought was unique was the balconies that's all the way around swimmi ng pool on the inside the Hotel And what I didn't like about the place was the people hanging out in front of the doors and all the dog s*** everywhere. There's so much dog s*** everywhere

This hotel is in need of a lot of work! We were told the pools were heated when I called the day before, only to find out both were freezing. The hottub was all cloudy, filled with confetti and a slimy feeling. Our room was dirty, with stains on the walls and curtains hanging off the hooks. Our 5 year old wanted to take a bath instead of a shower, but we refused to let that happen, as the tub was disgusting. Our shower curtain was also falling apart and wouldn't stay shut. Hallways smelled liked weed and cigarettes. The pool area was filthy, with garbage everywhere. We will not be back.

There wasn’t nice or unique of this property. The pictures on the website was nothing like what was in person. The pool was cold, someone threw up in the hot tub, and both of the kids pool was VERY CLOUDY. The breakfast was a 2/10. Our keys didn’t work and some man had a key to the room and let us in. After asking does he work there he said yes but was wearing regular clothes and crocs on his feet. The walls were thin we was able to hear everyone conversation. The room had holes on the wall, paint spots, the bathroom was peeling, the sink was leaking, and the toilet was making noise all night.

Abusive staff

Front desk manager Jay wanted to get it on. I didn't think it was a good idea since he was 30 years younger, married, with a daughter. I suppose if he smiled more maybe I could have given him a hug! Bloody sheets and bedding put on the bed twice after I let them know once. Mack was abusive.

Manager inappropriate

Front desk guy Jay hit on me. He was blocking me from shutting my door and taking his tennis shoes off to have his way with a grandmother of two, a boy and a girl. I was so alarmed my heart was beating through my chest. There was blood on the sheets twice. I had told the front desk and they did not tell the maids. Had blood on the sheets both nights not my blood and had severe insomnia because of it!!! Bathtub was clogged and my feet were wading in dirty water because hair was stuck in the drain. I would like a full reimbursement. Jay should be fired.
