New 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with attached garage located less than 2 miles from Como Park. Everything is brand new! 2 living rooms, each with new 60” smart UHD TV’s. Every bedroom has new sheets, blankets, and comforters. Every bathroom has new towels, rugs, etc. Every room has all new furniture. The kitchen features granite counter tops and an island. Every dish, silverware, pots, etc. are all brand new. There is a pantry in the kitchen for your groceries. There is a highchair, pack-n-play, stroller, Apple TV with over 100 children's movies, and children's toys. * No smoking allowed!!

Minnesota Yacht Club Festival

We came for the music festival. This property was in a really convenient location. It had everything we needed. The garage was a bonus when we were packing up to leave on a rainy morning. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our time at this property. The hosts have provided everything you could need (including a hair dryer in each bathroom). We didn't receive any messages when we checked in or out (they request a message when you do), but the instructions were very clear so it wasn't a problem.

The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The host provided lots of nice touches, such as coffee, tea bags, body wash, paper products, etc. There were lots of nice towels! The washer and dryer work beautifully. We slept very well in the quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Wedding at Como Park Conservatory

The location of the property was ideal for our wedding at the Como Park Conservatory. The property spacious and very well kept. The 3 bedrooms downstairs allowed our adult children to have their own rooms and living room while we occupied the master bedroom upstairs.Great property and very well kept. I'd stay there the next time in the area.

Family events

Loved staying here. Easy to find after going around the block and using the alley. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Sale is a pretty busy street, but we seldom hear traffic noise inside the house. The yard is well fenced so the kids enjoyed there time outside. I highly recommend a trip to Como Park. Playgrounds, zoo, conservatory golf, and an amusement ride area. The boys loved the dinosaurs. Highly recommend!

The house layout was great for more than 1 family especially. We had 3 kids 10-13 & 5 adults. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. Hosts got back to me quickly when we were lo ed out one evening. I highly recommend this property.

Super property for our family

Clean, spacious, perfect for our group of 8. In town for a family wedding. Loved the split floor plan with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Off street parking with garage was great, too. Will rent again.

Overall great stay!

House was beautiful and clean for the most part. A few minor things that needed attention but the property manager was very nice and willing to help in any way he could. I would suggest curtains for the front window for privacy at night and an ice cream scoop for the kitchen. We purchased a few items small, needed items to use during our stay and left them for the next renter. Plenty of space for everyone and my 4 yr old son enjoyed it as well. They had a variety of toys and movies for kids which was great. I bought a few outside toys for him to use and left them for the next kiddo.(chalk, bubbles and a soft football). The location was perfect for all the things we needed to do while in St.Paul and was very close to my family which was a plus.

Final Four Friends Adventure

We loved our home away from home. This place was perfect and in a great place. Our experience from checking in to checking was an ease. Host was quick to respond when we had a question! Great stay

The house is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, with two tv/family areas. Beds and linens are new, with lots of towels. Matt was kind enough to allow us to use the garage which was great as it snowed when we were there. Check in was super easy and Matt was very professional and prompt in responding. Highly recommend.
