Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We left after first night. Creepy people hanging around, partially dismantled cars, thin walls, worn out mattress. Gross all around.

The place was dirty for example the room we stayed smelled of cigerets, had ashes on window sill and next door had music blasted loud late at night. First and last time we'll ever stay there.

We booked this shortly before arriving for the evening while on a cross country drive. Upon entering the assigned room we found a used bath towel draped over the shower curtain rod and the bed had been laid upon. The next room reeked of smoke. The third room A/C unit was non-operational. We did not spend the night. We are awaiting a refund.

Room was clean, beds only had sheets no blankets, air conditioning & tv didn’t work the whole time in my room and staff didn’t seem to care to do anything about it until i seen management the 4th day into my stay where i was switched rooms. There’s no fridges rooms, Ice machines are far and ice only last about 20 minutes, everything in the vending machines are $3 and up, staff stayed with an attitude or smart response girl rolled her eyes every chance she got .

We arrived to see people fighting and arguing in the parking lot. We stayed in the car until they left. The garbage was overflowing and we could see old discarded mattresses sitting on top of the dumpster. Check-in was slow and done on an IPad, which seemed ridiculous. Our room had no towels, the cover was off the air conditioner and the sink was stopped up. We definitely would not stay here again.

It served its purpose but it was very dirty, loud, no direct TV, no fridge, loud alarms going off around midnight, a cop was there, just very unsafe feeling. Deadbolt did not lock. Would not stay again.

Horrible customer service and lying staff

Anna the front desk clerk has a nasty attitude. And because she didn’t check my significant others id when I checked in she came to my room saying he had to leave when it was her mistake then called the police and lied and said I threatened her. Rooms wasn’t clean I had to sweep and wipe down myself just. Waste of time honestly never again.

The floor had lint balls and hair all over the place, my key worked less than half the time, I had to have the desk clerk let me in my room 4 different times. The other times I had to go to the front desk to have them reprogram my key. There was NO TV service my entire stay. Please shape up.

No thrills motel but an ok stay.

Price was decent, check in was smooth and excellent service. It's a no thrills motel no fridge,microwave or extra amenities so don't expect that. The first room I was met with bugs (roaches) made front desk aware and they gave me a different room. The front dest attendant stated she'll make note of it so that room could get serviced. You don't know what People are carying in their luggage so it's always a possibility of something like that happening a motel/ hotel I'm just glad the hotel attendant understood and didn't make a fuss about it and gave me a different room.

The desk lady was rude and just nasty to me. The first room key didn’t work. I went down and she gave me a second one without speaking or looking at me. Second key didn’t work and she just started getting upset. Her words were “oh no. One key maybe. But two keys? No way. What you doing wrong?” I said she could try it and she said “Obviously, I have to now” At that point I just stopped talking. It’s one am and I’m exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The AC didn’t work but I decided it’s better to sleep in a hot room than deal with that disrespect. I had just stayed the night before and the guy was really nice. I’m just going to start paying more and stay somewhere better. Worst person I dealt with in a long time.
