There was mold in the shower, scuffs and signs of damage all around the property. Tables in the dining room were dirty and had not been cleaned. There was a caution wet sign outside my hotel room and the carpet was squishy but there were no efforts made to dry the area with a towel, fan, etc

The property details, such as the complimentary breakfast and coffee in the room, definitely raised the bar. Having a microwave and other amenities in the room also helped. The bad things about the location was the parking lot road, including multiple areas around the hotel such as the elevator floor, the third floor ceiling tiles that needed repair. The staff was friendly and polite which did help.

Girls in and out all night, shouting in the hallway first night at 1am, second night starting again at 2am, 3 night I had a red eye at 5:30am got absolutely no sleep this night! I even called front desk and complained, was told I could call the police myself and file a complaint! While checking out, I asked for a refund for the last night due to the noise they refused to address and was told I would have to see the manager, it was 3am!! Leaving the hotel there was a suv parked right outside the door to hotel with 2 people in it, started harassing my wife as we walked across the parking lot. I am sure these people know what their hotel is being used for, and expect the public to turn a blind eye. I never heard anything from the management or anything refunded to my card.

I recently checked out of **La Quinta Inn & Suites on Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN**, on **April 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM** from **Room 443** and had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, as I was leaving, I accidentally left behind my **crossbody water bottle carrying bag** in the room. The bag contained essential items, including **medications, expensive skincare products, and makeup**. I noticed that housekeeping was nearby at the time, but unfortunately, my bag has not been turned in to lost and found. I am offering a **$100 reward** to anyone who returns the bag with its contents intact. If someone finds it, please leave it with the hotel front desk, along with your **name and contact information**, and I will personally follow up.
