It took us four key attempts to get a set to work on our door. No one at the front desk told us to turn the handle upwards to open the door. This is the only time I've ever had to turn a handle upwards instead of downwards. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the curtains had huge slices/cuts in them. The carpet down the hall from us smelled like puke. We went down for breakfast during the middle portion of when it was served. There were no eggs and the orange juice came out like weak grapefruit juice. Luckily we didn't want much to eat, so we made due. The parking lot had huge ruts in it near the curb which scraped the front of our car as we approached it. We won't be going back.

Our room has two big windows looking out to lots of greenery. It was great got out cats to see it in the window while we were gone. The Continental breakfast had more options than I would have expected for gluten free dietary restrictions. There were some nooks in the furniture that our cats hid in when we arrived, but nothing dangerous or any way they could escape really. Overall great stay!

Receptionists were nice and helpful. I can’t remember his name but he worked at a different location and came to help at this location this day. So friendly and personable. The lady in the office came out to chat and was also super nice. It was a refreshing experience. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the hotel itself. Beds were comfortable.

I liked the parking and the ease of going in and out. The hotel was nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the cleaning people did not clean the room at all for 5 days. You have to go to the front desk and request new towels.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The issue I had was the room. Our comforters had unknown stains on them. The curtains had what looked like a blood spot. Also, the towels had someone else’s hair on one.

Very poor condition. The floors and carpets were dirty (I refused to walk barefoot on them). The cooling system was sub-par and the room was very muggy. The ice machine and drinking fountain did not work. The back door had no security lock on it. Overflowing garbage dumpster. Huge potholes in the parking lot. Shower water never got above lukewarm. Poor quality coffee. Grimy surfaces all over the hotel. Filthy elevator with peeling walls and vandalism. We have stayed here many times but it was never this bad. We won’t be returning.
