The staff at the front desk was amazing. ( Welcoming, Good Spirits, Smiles. Our Room was so Welcoming to. The minute we walked in. Very clean. The Weather Temp. Was 25 degrees outside and couldn’t miss the Hot tub on the top of the roof. And the sitting around the open Camp fire. What an experience and Beautiful CHRISTMAS DAY to fully enjoy this visit to Crosby. We will BE Back. A Beautiful ⭐️ given to this place, employees, everyone. 😊

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom tiles are extremely slippery, and the sliding door to the bathroom is awful - zero privacy. You can hear everything, so it’s definitely more of a party-vibe hotel. On the plus side, the rooftop hot tub is great, and the bar and restaurant are excellent—wonderful bartenders and service.

We were above the bar and the music was loud. They claim their hotel is for rest and relaxation. We did not get that. We were trying to relax in our room and couldn’t because the music was loud and annoying. They compensated us only by giving us late checkout (which we didn’t need)

It was our first time staying here. Hotel is beautiful, clean and staff were super friendly! Hot tub was closed due to having had a glass dropped in it 30 minutes prior to arriving. Overall great experience, will come back hopefully be able to use the hot tub.
