Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First, the staff on hand did everything she could to help me, including check at least up to five different rooms for me to have something. I will admit that I did not know that you could not check in past midnight. I had issues to where I couldn’t make it to the property until 1245a. She did everything she could find me a room so I was very appreciative of that. She struggled to find any open rooms because the organization of who was staying on property was almost nonexistent and her iPad that she had to use to check me in was not functioning almost at all, so she physically had to go into rooms to see if people were occupying those rooms so that I could get a room.
After she found me an After she found me, the bathroom door handle was broken off and sitting on the counter. The bathroom counter has stains all over it. The bathtub where I was supposed to take a shower was ridiculously dirty and moldy. There were numerous punctures or holes in the walls. One outlet near a bed. The other outlet wasn’t even installed correctly and was literally in the wall by wires only. The mattress that I slept on hasn’t been changed out in years and you could tell.
I normally don’t expect much for a room at that rate however, I do expect a room to be somewhat clean and usable. Honestly, the room that I had was a complete joke and the pictures that I see on Expedia are either one or two rooms that they’ve updated or don’t actually exist. I have no idea to be honest.
