My room had a bloody bandage stuck to bathroom wall. We had a large patch of what appeared to be black mold in the ceiling by the window. And to top it off I was locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door for over an hour. I have photos if needed as well.

I found the furniture dirty in the lobby which is the last place I would expect. Big picture the hotel looks great; but things like seeing dirt around the bathtub, and the vanity was disappointing. This not the standard for a Hilton chain of hotels. The dining area was the cleanest area in the hotel. John

There isn't much parking and they need to mark that better. Staff was great. Hotels.com screwed up our booking. I booked a 2 queen suite and Hotels.com changed it to a king. Not the hotel's fault. They were very nice about it. The room was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

No one cleaned our room the entire time we were there and we stayed for 3 nights. There wasn’t a sign that said call for cleaning. We had to change rooms when we got there as well as the first room wreaked of smoke. The front desk staff was also rude and other staff were sitting in the lobby eating chicken drumsticks and socializing

Unclear where to check in vs where to park. Staff hung up on us twice while asking for help. At checkin staff was dismissive and rude. The bed didn’t have a blanket on it upon arrival; had to request it 3 times before getting a blanket 90 minutes later. Housekeeping brought us items we didn’t request. It was a convenient location to restaurants but overall the experience was negative.

Property was okay, we had issues with the hot water in our room which was unfortunate. The staff other than 1 person (Jen) was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I would never stay here again solely because of how horrible the staff was. If I were the building manager I would consider retraining the staff on customer service and how to run the building.
