The staff were really nice, but we were they in 2023. We had the same room, and still no proper heating. Just a little heater, which is dangerous if you have children. As so I like to bring my own toilet paper, as I have health problems. We came back from are show, and the cleaner had taken it.

The room was amazing, with a very comfortable bed, a sofa and a table. Bery clean and with high quality bath products The staff was very helpful and polite. I have enjoyed the breakfast either. Only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast times at teh weekends

As Holiday Inns go - not the best but ok for what we paid. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable- could feel springs. Staff courteous. Breakfast felt very slow - only 1 coffee machine working, pancake machine very slow then ran out of mix and was slow to be replaced as were the rest of breakfast items when they needed topping up
