House is nice, however beds are hard and there are no shades on windows so be prepared to wake up early every morning with the sunlight coming in. Basketball has seen better days. Games in the house are not taken care of so bring your own. There is a very small stream of water in front of the house (so I would def not call it waterfront). The actual creek is 2 blocks away, right by penns creek campground. There is literally nothing to do in the area, be prepared to stay in and eat in because restaurants don't exist (bars with eating area that are only open to serve food till 9p).

Great time at the Cabin for a long weekend with 2 of my sons. Perfect location for fly fishing, fall colors, and lots of food options in surrounding towns. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the grill and hot tub after a long day of trying to catch fish. The cabin has plenty of room to relax. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway!

The “cabin” is more like a house: roomy and beautifully decorated, very clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. It was perfect for our birthday/Thanksgiving family get together. Even though it was chilly, the kids took full advantage of the basketball court, cornhole, and hot tub. Cory and Bobbi were very accommodating and responded almost immediately to any questions that we had. We had a very fun family get together in this comfortable home.

Beautiful property in Milmont PA

Home was beautiful, beds were comfy, nice showers, great kitchen, wonderful hot tub. Loaded with supplies. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Some of our guys even used the basketball court!

We absolutely loved our stay, it was quiet and full of nature! There was absolutely everything needed right there which made our vacation so much easier. Comfortable home with nice amenities. The 12 year old loved the basketball net and his parents enjoyed the jacuzzi. Conveniently located to Knoebels Grove Park, T&Ds Cats, The Fence restaurant and Clyde Peeling’s Reptileland. Home accurately described. I highly recommend.

Great Location

Spent a few days fly fishing Penns, great central location to all the parking lots and a short walk down the street can put you on the water as well. Property is very clean, spacious, and in a tranquil area with very little road traffic. Will stay again.

Great family cabin

This was an amazingly comfortable and clean cabin to stay in. Check in was super easy and it had amazing amenities like a Keurig, clean fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a fire ring, basketball hoop, and the best part was the hot tub! Would recommend this cabin to you and your family again, we loved it! The owners were incredibly kind and considerate!
