Not really all inclusive

Fortunately, we only had to endure this hotel for one night but one night was enough...... The room was dirty, falling apart and faced a surrounding wall rather than a garden.... the breakfast was terrible. At the price you think it’s really good value for an all inclusive but don’t be fooled. You get what you pay for! Staff however were helpful.

I was put in a room on the ground floor with a terrible sewage smell. I complained but was ignored. The room was not pleasant with dirty curtains. It was very basically cleaned daily.

Good if you like all inclusive

First time at an all inclusive - one night was great but wouldn't have wanted more. Beautiful view from room and breakfast was great. Dinner was a bit like mass catering. Pool looked clean and lots of sun beds.

Every thing was great other than the payment which hotel charged me double. I paid cash at the hotel, and money was taken out from my account too. I had so many discussions with the manager and no one would told me who has taken the money. I sent so many emails and went back to my country but no money given back yet. They just spoiled my holiday, i needed that to spend in my holiday it was so frustrating. But in total i had a memorable fantastic holiday.

Cheap all inclusive stay in Gulluk, Turkey

Great location looking over local town and bay. Loads of staff around and very helpful Huge selection of turkish food. Vast pool and seating area.

Strongly recommend against staying here!

Hotel was ok. But management staff was one the worst I've ever encountered in my 30 years of traveling. And I have traveled to many countries in Europe and Aisa.

Service war ok... wit hatten ein zimmer mit doppelbett reserviert, aber bekamen ein zimmer mit zwei einzelbetten und das auch noch in den flitterwochen... auch nach mehrmaliger bitte blieb es dabei. Von der sauberkeit her ist das hotel den 4 sternen nicht gerechtfertigt !!! die bettwäsche wird nur ALLE DREI TAGE GEWECHSELT!!! Das einzige was wirklich ok bis gut war, war das Buffet und das 3 mal täglich, ansonsten leider überhaupt nicht wie erwartet! Schade..

Genel olarak Harika

Otel gerçekten güzel özellikle hizmet gerçekten Harika. Çalışanları güler yüzlü işlerini severek yaptıkları belli oluyor. Benim gördüğüm tek eksik doktor muayenesi. Çünkü başımıza geldi ve gece Milas’a gitmek zorunda kaldık. Onun dışında herşey otelde düzgün ve düzenliydi. 1 hafta eğlenerek geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Teşekkür ediyorum.

Cok kötü bir otel. Deniz yürüme mesafesi degil. Plaj yok ve denize girilebilen yerler deniz kestanesi dolu. All inclusive yemekler hakkini vermedi. Bu otel balayimizin mahvetti diyebilirim. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Kücük bir havuzda yüzmek icin bu parayi vermeye degmez!

Hotel tem um nível de serviço e limpeza muito bom. Voltado e preparado para alemães. Tem várias opções de passeio. porém, se quer beira de praia e proximidade de uma cidade badalada, fique em Bodrum. Já se quer ficar próximo do aeroporto é a melhor opção.
