The room is spacious- after opening up 2 big luggages you still have room to walk around. There is also a desk for you to work with your laptop. The room is clean and tidy, so are the beddings. Has coffee machine and boiler, and provides daily complimentary water. Finally it has a very convenient location, just opposite the Milan Central Station. Would recommend it.

Right across from Milano Centrale train station. Convenient if you are traveling by train from another part of italy. Also short taxi ride from duomo, galleria and even airport. Large variety of dining options in Milano centrale with open food market under station towards back. You have to try it. I am a foodie and like to try interesting food. Interesting restaurant also on your right Pane y Tulipani. Try the huge steak and fresh seafood appetizer.

In our experience, the best thing about the NYX Hotel Milan was its location, in sight of the central train station yet calm and quiet, with a couple of good restaurants nearby. We were assigned a wheelchair-accessible room with a double bed, since the desk clerk could not find any rooms of the type I had reserved (queen bed) available. It was fine, though the hotel's sleek design meant there was little shelf space, and the closet was small. On the whole the hotel seems geared to younger people, as indicated by the entrance, 11 steps up from the street (there is a lift for baggage and presumably people who can't go up on their own). Everyone was nice and tried to be helpful.

Hotel was great, friendly staff and great design loved the retro arcade games.. Some issues with AC in the room on second night it was very noisy and did keep us awake for a while
