we had an excellent room on the ninth floor with a fabulous deck and view! My only suggestion is to add more chairs in rooms, one chair amongst many people is not enough. The breakfast buffet is better than most and the hours they keep it open are great!

The location was great. We were able to walk from the train station easily with our luggage. The room itself was clean, but the shower did not drain properly and water ended up all over the bathroom floor. The bed was OK – a little hard and the pillows were terrible. We only stayed one night so it was fine, but I probably wouldn’t stay longer. We also thought there was a rooftop bar based on the photos. There was not. Apparently that’s only for the suites.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

First of all the colors of the walls, bathroom , rooms is so dark (black, red, dark brown) makes you feel soo bad. Second, you have to ask for Chair, Kettle, Slippers. They have everything thing but nothing in the room. Also the Reception staff treat customers so bad, they get angry and leave you without out any service , and if you asked for anything they will say “sorry we dont know”. Finally we asked for 2 big cars to go to the airport in exact time since we are big group with 10 bags, they forget to call the cars company and after waiting they bring one small car and asked us to pay the same amount for the big car. When we refused, the reception employee left us and became angry and mad and told us go and find car by your self after wasting our time. One more thing, the phone charges disappeared from our room, and when we asked the reception for it, they bring it next day saying that the made found it in the room, but im sure it wasnt there.

I found the hotel’s proximity to the central station to be very convenient. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. However, the maintenance of our room was somewhat lacking. Our overhead shower did not work, the bathroom sink was backed-up, and the WiFi connectivity wasn’t great. Nevertheless, the hotel’s interior looks newly renovated. Overall, I give the hotel three stars.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the front desk service is very friendly, but the comfort is just OK. I don't know how old is this hotel, but sewer system needs urgent repairs. After just taking one 5 min. shower we realized that that is it for the day - water was siting in the bath tab for the rest of the day. You can have tea kettle and tea cups provided in the room, but you have to ask for that. There is no information posted about that anywhere in the room. Everything in the room is very minimalistic- no extra pillows or blanket, no Kleenex in the bathroom.

Great hotel, clean,attentive staff. Just cross the street from Milano Statione Centrale, super convenient if you are planning to visit other cities by train. Metro station right at the front door, only four stations to THe Duomo. Great place to stay, highly recommended

Conveniently located across from central station. No pool or fitness centre. Breakfast is excellent. Decor is interesting. No coffee maker in rooms and only a kettle with instant coffee and tea upon request. Bathroom is poorly designed and would be very troublesome for an older person to get in and out of the tub/shower. Elevators never worked properly. Ordered an airport transfer for a very early morning flight through the front desk and confirmed it twice only to be left waiting with it cancelled at the last minute. Your hotel advertises these transfers and their convenience throughout your stay however, the price is over twice as much as an Uber or taxi would charge and they leave you stranded.

Nice property if you are looking for short stay. We used it because it is across the train station and close to many good restaurant . Also walkable distance to Milano’s Dome and luxury avenue.
