The hotel is clean and in a really good location but the maid robbed my make up purse from the room, I talked to costumer service to the reception I sent emails and they not even said to me that nothing was found but also they can’t do anything about it because the maid said she didn’t found it this is unacceptable and they never call me or write me back

HVAC ( in March) not working properly. With outside temperatures in the 40s Fahrenheit the inside of the room was uncomfortably hot. Couldn’t sleep because of the heat.

The temperature in the room was uncomfortably high, made it difficult to rest or sleep. Enquired at the front desk and was told it was an issue they were having with HVAC and to open a window. I opened both the windows but not much of an improvement.
