Our recent stay at this hotel will undoubtedly remain etched in our memories for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel added to the overall charm, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. However, our experience began with a bit of frustration. The shuttle service from the airport kept us waiting longer than expected, as the driver attempted to convince others to join us. Initially, this made us feel undervalued, but our concerns faded quickly when the hotel staff went the extra mile to compensate for the delay, despite us not voicing any complaints. The culinary experience at the hotel was delightful! We particularly enjoyed the fresh juices, with the lemongrass juice being a standout that we had never tasted before. It was refreshing and unique, adding to our overall enjoyment of the meals. Our time at the hotel was exciting and filled with wonderful moments, and while we could have easily stayed longer, we felt the urge to explore other places as well. Without a doubt, we would love to return in the future. The combination of beautiful surroundings, warm hospitality, and delicious food made our stay truly memorable!

Nice hotel, with a beautiful view and kind staff. I had some issues with booking a flight, but I was able to reschedule my stay in Mora Heights without any problems. Enough breakfast options.
